The responsibility of a strong educator is to facilitate learning rather than impart knowledge.

As an educator I believe:

  • All students are capable of learning

  • Relationships are the key to learning.

  • Students learn with and through one another when learning tasks are authentic and require inquiry and discussion.

  • Reflection is as essential to the learning process as gathering information.
